Ryan Braun's Graffito 3 out of 5

Recently took the wife out for dinner to Ryan Braun's New Graffito. I heard he closed down the old restaurant to re-model. It' pretty much the same lay-out but with more colors and little more casual. The menu has shrunk down to only scratch made Italian dishes. I had the Duck Pappardelli....EXCELLENT!!!! Just the right portion size! The wife had the mezzaluna- she claims half her dish was cold. I tried some of her pasta and it tasted fine, she just had the cold ones I guess. Service was a little over the top! Our waiter made our experience a little awkward. He was very nice but kept trying to give us a tour of the kitchen? He tried pushing dishes for us to try and we didn't even ask for his input. I hate when they don't let you think for yourself. All in all the place was packed! Great atmosphere and great food, they just need to take it down a peg on the service. This is coming from a guy who is in the customer service business.
