Wild Mushroom Risotto!

Last night I made the best Risotto. I followed Anne Burrell's recipe from foodnetwork.com. It's very creamy and rich! Use some really good wine. Get as many mushrooms too put in it! This is a for sure make meal!

All right boys and girls, if your a fan of small family run deli's than this is the place for you. Larry's Market (http://www.larrysmarket.com/) is a small shop off of Brown Deer Rd right next to Poco Loco. A HUGE variety food, highly recommend the the roast beef! They have a wide variety of cheese and cooking oils. Definitely a great place to stop for lunch! I will be back soon!.......Maybe today?

Great ingredients along with a great atmosphere make for a Great Time.
